Fundraising Update
Further to the announcements made on the 9 December 2009 and 10 February 2009, Lotus Resources Plc ('Lotus' or 'the Company') (PLUS Markets: LOTP), a company engaged in the development of mining and exploration projects in Mongolia, announces that monies contractually due to be paid on the 15th February 2010 by Habsburg & Partner Advisory AG have not been received.
The Company has informed its advisers and is in discussions regarding the action to be taken.
