Directors' Dealings
Lotus Resources Plc announces that Simon Longworth, Chief Executive Officer and James Benson, Finance Director, acquired 73,850 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 10 September.
Simon Longworth acquired 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 2p each. James Benson, acquired 23,850 Ordinary Shares at a price of 3p each.
Following the transaction, Simon Longworth is now interested in 4,231,347 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.35% of the issued share capital of the Company. Moreover, James Benson is now interested in 590,517 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Following this transaction, the Directors hold 7,295,451 shares, representing 16.11% of the issued share capital.
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 45,260,258.
