Placing of Shares
LONDON - 29 April 2008 - Lotus Resources Plc (PLUS Markets: LOTP) is pleased to announce the issue of 3 ½ million new ordinary shares of 1p each which the Company has placed at a price of 5.8 pence per share. Application will be made today for admission of these shares to trading on PLUS Markets.
Following this issue there will be 34,217,413 ordinary shares in issue. The new shares will rank equally with existing shares and are expected to be admitted to trading on PLUS Markets on 29 April 2008.
