Lotus Resources Plc is a mining and exploration company with its geographical focus on Mongolia. The Company’s registered office is in London, UK, but the main business office is in Ulaanbaatar, where it operates through its wholly owned subsidiary, Lotus Minerals Mongolia LLC.
It is the intention of the Directors to build a portfolio of mining and exploration properties that will generate early cash flow from production.
Lotus Resources is currently engaged in building an integrated fluorspar business that will include exploration, mining, processing and trading of fluorspar. The Company owns several exploration and mining licences either outright or through its two joint ventures.
The Company intends to diversify into gold and base metals with the emphasis on small, high grade deposits while maintaining its focus on Mongolia.
